This policy explains what happens to data when you visit tangyou.space (“the site”). It covers the site only; the third-party links we point to have their own policies.
Summary
- We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name or email unless you write to us.
- We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic.
- We show Google AdSense ads, which may use cookies.
- Some outbound links are affiliate links; the partner may set cookies and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases.
- We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
Automatically, when you visit. Like most sites, our host (Cloudflare) and analytics record standard technical data: IP address (used to derive approximate location and to protect the site), device and browser type, referring page, the pages you request, and timestamps. This data is used in aggregate to operate and improve the site.
From you. If you email us, we receive your address and message. Do not include personal or confidential information in messages.
We do not collect names, accounts, payment details, or precise location, and we do not sell personal data.
Cookies and similar technologies
| Provider | Purpose | More |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (G-45CRG10FGB) | Aggregate traffic measurement | Google privacy |
| Google AdSense (pub-2208284489189020) | Advertising, including personalised ads where permitted | Ad settings |
| Affiliate partners | Attribution on outbound links | Each partner’s privacy policy |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s Ad Settings to opt out of personalised advertising, and use Google Analytics opt-out if you prefer. The site remains usable without cookies.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), a consent banner/platform governs non-essential cookies before they are set. You can change your choice at any time.
Legal bases (EEA/UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interests — operating the site, security, aggregate measurement.
- Consent — non-essential cookies and personalised advertising, where required.
- Contract / legal obligation — responding to your request or complying with the law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local authority. To exercise a right, contact us via Contact. Because we hold very little personal data and do not run accounts, requests usually concern server/analytics logs or ad identifiers, which we will help you address with the relevant provider.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information as commonly understood; personalised advertising may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA, and you can opt out via the consent platform or Google Ad Settings.
Retention
Traffic/analytics data is retained according to the providers’ defaults (typically up to 14 months in Google Analytics). Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to resolve the matter.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change and material changes will be noted on the site.
